This month marks my twelve year anniversary of opening up my firm Rodin Legal, P.C. I never would have been able to do this, if not for all of you and your support – all the clients through the years, the referral sources and business associates of the firm and my family and friends.

When I had first opened up my practice, like many others who have opened up their own businesses, I had a certain idea of what the practice would be – of the path that it would take and the type of matters it would handle. However, the actual path over the past years was not at all what I had anticipated and the growth and expansion of my firm has been incredible. Through the years, every client brings a different perspective to the table and allows me to think out of the box and strive for the best outcome in their favor. For this, I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to work with each of you.

As many of you know, my firm exclusively assists healthcare practitioners with their legal needs – from graduation of residency up until their retirement, including, but not limited to the following, employment contract preparation and review, preparation of consent forms, the formation of their legal entities, preparation and review of asset purchase agreements and the day-to-day business management of their practices. It has been a pleasure in providing these types of services to my clients and ensuring that they are protected in their careers.

There are many times that clients will contact the firm with questions in order to gain clarification on an event that occurred after they signed a contract. This could involve their employment, the purchase or sale of the practice or an issue with their landlord regarding their commercial lease.

I’m always here to assist my clients with those questions and together, we will strive towards a resolution based on the executed contracts and the recent event. Many times it is an easy solution but the overall goal is always to avoid litigation and resolve the issues as seamlessly as possible.

In closing, I want to thank you all for retaining or referring your clients to my firm, for trusting me and my firm and for letting us be a part of your journey. It really has been an honor and I truly look forward to the next chapter of my firm and where the path takes me next.

I wish you all much success in all that you do!
